Features of full heat exchanger
1.Ventilation, efficient filtration of filter screen: each unit are equipped with 2 EC fan, able to quickly pass through the filter screen into indoor, effectively remove dust, harmful material such as formaldehyde, PM2.5, efficiency up to 99% above, ensure indoor air fresh and clean.
2. Efficient energy recovery: it adopts the third-generation total energy exchange core which lead to better efficiency of heat exchange , faster oncoming wind speed, and zero leakage etc.
3. EC fan: it can instantly form a strong airflow, the better performance of ventilation; higher wind pressure, longer transmission distance; no vibration balance value of 0.1g, wind noise is even lower; electricity-saving up to 40%
4. ultra-low noise: the use of a new EC fan and a new inner air route design, inside construct more scientific; polymer rubber and plastic cotton for inside sealing, outside denoise , good ventilation performance, result to more briliant mute capacity.
5. Convenient installation and maintenance, wide application ranges: ultra-thin design, Ceiling type installation, don't occupy the limited space, support inverted installation, apply for villa, office, hotel, restaurant, supermarket, gym etc.
Configuration of full heat exchanger:
1. Fully heat exchange core: made of high performance ABS and nano membrane paper polymerized by injection molding gas separation composite.
2. Fresh air filters: Quadruple filtration ensures clean air, G4-H10-activated carbon-H10. Aluminum frame, solid, stable, corrosion resistant.
3. Return air filter: Nonwoven material, G4 class, filtering return air. -Aluminum frame, solid, stable, ametabolic and anti corrosive.
4. EC fan: built-in high-quality copper wire and imported bearings with thermal protection.

Heat exchanger of Fresh air heat recovery ventilation
Joclima energy recovery ventilator is equipped with high efficiency counter flow plate total heat exchanger. It is made of ER paper which is featured by high moisture permeability, good air tightness, excellent tear resistance, and aging resistance. The clearance between the fibers is very small, so only the moisture molecules of small diameter can go through, the odor molecules of larger diameter are unable to pass through it. By this means, the temperature and humidity can be recovered smoothly, and prevent the pollutants infiltrating to the fresh air.
The counter flow channel enables through transfer of temperature and humidity, which greatly increases the energy exchange efficiency. It’s more efficient than the cross flow heat exchanger
